TIPS uses generative AI infrastructures. Those of ILaaS, a shared federation aiming for trusted, robust, ethical, and sober generative AI, are recommended. The use of OpenAI infrastructures remains possible.

Privacy Policy

AUNEGe is committed to processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The only sensitive data used by the TIPS application are the login, first name, last name of the user and their institution. This data is not transmitted to artificial intelligence engines. The models (LLM) proposed by the ILaaS federation are recommended. Exchanged messages will then not be used to enrich these models. When OpenAI models (LLM) are used, messages exchanged with artificial intelligence can be used to enrich these models. It is then strongly discouraged to exchange sensitive data. Data is stored on the TIPS application for a maximum duration of 5 years.

This tool echoes the work presented by Olivier Catteau (IRIT), Christophe Leyronas (TBS Education), Stéphanie Loup (LGTO), Laurent Teresi (LERASS) and Cédric Teyssié (IRIT).
For the purpose of continuous improvement of the tool and for scientific research purposes conducted by IRIT, LGTO, LERASS, TBS Education and AUNEGE, exchanges with artificial intelligence will be analyzed as a whole. All scientific publications will be anonymized to respect the confidentiality of all projects.
